May your wisdom and kindness to others grow ever stronger and more embracing. Many thanks for the precious time we spent together today and for helping me so much to accept with grace the things I cannot change. I feel much lighter. I'll let you know when I fix the date to move on from my current path of service to another that focuses more on where my heart is going. Also many thanks for the beautiful paper on prosperity that I am sharing with some family members and a few friends. I am looking forward to the book (s)- they will all be wonderful. I am so privileged to count you as a friend and mentor. You were a long time coming and if I had not come back here I would have really missed out.... I am so blessed. Marriage of Joris and March October 2009
Dear Andrew,
It has been a few weeks since our wedding in El Aguilon, Tarifa.
Although it is almost winter and cold and rainy here (Rotterdam) by now, just thinking about our wedding keeps us warm :-) In every way it was more than we've hoped for, everyone was enjoying our paradise and amazing view, the perfect weather, relaxed atmosphere and each other.
Again, thank you so much for making it complete with such a beautiful and special ceremony!!

We would just like to send you a quick email to thank you for such a beautiful ceremony on Tuesday. This was the most important (and nerve-racking!) part of the day for both of us, and you made it very easy for us & extremely memorable. Every single guest commented on how romantic & meaningful the service was and everybody assumed you were a close family friend as the words were so personal & heartfelt. I am sorry I didn’t get more time to chat to you after the service, I think I got slightly carried away! I really cant thank you enough for all that you said & helping to relax us both, it was the most beautiful service I have ever experienced ....and not just because it was our wedding! Dear Andrew
Once again many, many thanks for making our wedding celebration so very special. Your words conveyed so much, not only to us but to so many of those present. You gave us a very personal, warm and affectionate service, which was both thought provoking and light-hearted. It was a truly wonderful experience.
Not only was the ceremony so magical and meanginful for us, but also for so many of our friends and family who have commented on the beauty of your words and of the ceremony itself.
Standing there and listening to you leading us through the ceremony, closely surrounded by our friends and families, almost felt like being in the womb and for the duration of the ceremony it seemed as if the whole Universe was focussed only on us and our itnentions on the day.
So thank you Andrew for starting our day and our marriage in such a very splendid and important way - it will always stay in our memories and in our hearts.

Hi Andrew
I hope you are keeping well. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get in touch, life has been it usual hectic self here since we got back. Thank you for sending on the ceremony, I have read it quite a few times since we returned and each time it takes me back to the beach in Nerja. Where to start? I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful ceremony you gave us in Nerja. I think at the end there was hardly a dry eye around! You were very calming and I felt at the end of it as though I had known you for a very long time. During the ceremony, both Jim and I said afterward, that it was as if it was just you and us standing there and no one else, it felt so personal and intimate. While neither of us is particularly religious, I do feel that our marriage is truly blessed now, thanks to you. I'm struggling to find the right words here, but to me, you were the most spiritual and beautiful person I have ever met, and your blessing on our union, really makes it seem very special. I weigh people up by how I feel around them, the energy they give out. Yours is deeply calming and spiritual not to mention, so so loving. I feel the short time I spent with you is something I'll treasure forever, along with my now, much bigger family. Thank you again Andrew, it seems a shame for someone so special to have come into our lives only for a brief time, but such is life I guess and who knows, maybe (hopefully) we'll cross paths again some day. We can't thank you enough for just how wonderful you made our day. I remember reading in your notes somehwere that guests should feel uplifted by the ceremony and I can say that you achieved that 'in spades'. Carolyn and I were absolutely inspired and delighted by your words, and virtually everybody has said how great your service was and many were even moved to tears.

Thank you so much for your beautiful ceremony and for forwarding it on to us so we can have a copy in our wedding album. We still can't wipe the smiles off our faces! I'd like to pass on the many compliments you received from friends and family that were really impressed with the whole service. Even my religious relatives were delighted to be part of the day. We'd such a great time in Spain. I never laughed as much as I did for the last week! It feels like we were off for about 3 or 4 weeks! I'm not even too depressed to be back in work today. I hope that this email finds you well. We have only come back from our honeymoon in Thailand yesterday evening and had a brilliant time. I would like to send you a huge thank you for the beautiful and funny ceremony you created for us. We loved it and had raving reviews from our family and friends who were all amazed how deep and beautiful a ceremony can be without ever being about God. You really created the right balance and mood and contributed to an excellent wedding day! it meant a lot to us. The rest of the celebration went perfectly and exceeded all of our expectations, what a shame that you couldn't stay longer to have a drink with us. I hope we will see you again some time in Madrid or in the South, we might come and see you sometime. Mark and I cannot thank you enough for such a fantastic ceremony, it was beyond our expectations, you made it so personal to us (now we understand the importance of the questionnaire) all our guests were asking if you were a relative of our family, they couldnt believe you knew us so well. All our guests commented on what a wonderful service it was and it had the perfect balance of humour, meaning and formality. A couple of funny comments from our guests to share with you were; (from our non spanish speaking guests) 'where the bits in spanish the legal part of the ceremony' obviously had no idea it was a blessing. And 'I didnt realise Mark was Jewish' (this guest only saw the star of David on your sash from where they were stood). Many guests also commented that as we said our vows the sun broke through the clouds, I told them I didnt think it was part of your usual ceremony! I have attached a photo of the ceremony, we know you conduct ceremonies all the time but for us you made our important day very special and meaningful and created memories we will take with us throughout our marriage and old age! Thank you Hi Andrew Simon and I would like to thank you for an amazing heartfelt ceremony, we felt you reflected perfectly what we are about and understood completely who we are as a couple. In Ireland the ceremony part is normally the most boring part of the day (sad but true) while in our case, even in the blistering heat, I think it was the highlight of the day. Furthermore, we had been warning Eric's father (who is a devout Catholic) that the cermeony would "just be a blessing" so that he wouldnt be disappointed that there would be no communion etc; ultimately, he was really impressed and said he couldnt understand why we said it would "just be a blessing" because for him, it was a proper service and the nicest wedding he had ever been to. Its easy to get caught up in the rat-race, and every now and then it's good to have an event that stands out in one's mind as significant. You are blessed with a true gift for reading people, for despite not meeting either of us, you observed both our character traits with real understanding; a wonderful gift to possess. Thank you so much for being our vicar at the wedding. You performed a fantastic ceremony that was both professional and funny. Every guest was talking about the ceremony of how good you were to pick up the funny lines, how clear you talked so everybody (mainly the Danes) could understand you and how clever it was to quote the letter we had written to you as that was very beautiful and personal.
